Norbert Hahn is the Pastor of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Philadelphia, PA.  He studied at the University of Muenster (Germany) and at Harvard University (Cambridge, MA) where he earned a Master's Degree in Divinity.  Pastor Hahn received his Doctor of Philosophy (Practical Theology) from Emory University (Atlanta, GA).  He has served for more than 20 years with congregations of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA).

Schriftführerin, Secretary

 Karin Achtelstetter is the CLWR’s incoming Executive Director Designate.  Currently the General Secretary of the World Association for Christian Communication, Rev. Dr. Achtelstetter also has extensive experience working with CLWR partners including The Lutheran World Federation, ACT Alliance and the World Council of Churches. As an ordained Lutheran pastor and through her years of executive leadership experience, she has firsthand experience working with churches, grassroots communities and project partners around the world.

Schatzmeister, Treasurer

Albert Christ has been a member at St. John’s Lutheran in Winnipeg for over 40 years, and has been active on its Church Council for many of those years. In the last 25 years Albert has attended 8 DELKINA conferences and was elected as treasurer at the 2009 conference in Kelowna. He is married, with two children, and four grandchildren.
